Why "Will Ship to Malaysia" in my eBay Listing?
Dear AXIS I listed Nugano coffee in eBay, 1. When I open the listing, I see "Will Ship to Malaysia" under Shipping below the price. 2. Under Shipping and Handling, there is "This item will ship to Malaysia, but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller- opens in a new window or tab and request a shipping method to your location." Why the above abnormal terms appear in the listing? But when I preview the page before publish, I did not see it. 3. Attach herewith my listing URL for you to cross check if everything in order: https://www.ebay.com/itm/383785883935 Regards Sephine

1. There is warning of "missing the item location ZIP Code..." pop out on the eBay listing page, as per attachment. Please advise
2. The address shown is reflecting our address registered during account opening. Hence, can we just change form Malaysia to US by clicking the box?

Dear Sephine,
Regarding to the attachment you send "item location Zip Code", you need to fill in your Malaysia zip code where you register with eBay. Kindly refer to the attachment.

It was original Malaysia zip core with that ! symbol appear . Pls refer to attachment attached above. You seems did not get the meaning. That's why I suggested certain situation requires conversation to fix the problem simply just few mins rather than spending all productive time to keep throwing the questions and yet you did not get it.
Your immediate attention is required as I am doing listing now.

- It is very normal to have this pop out listing as eBay is taking serious policy towards all seller. You can just add item location ZIP code to your Malaysia zip code.
2. The address shown is reflecting our address registered during account opening. Hence, can we just change form Malaysia to US by clicking the box?
- No, you cannot change from Malaysia to US.

Dear Sephine,
I am sorry for making you confuse in previous message. Let's conclude:
1) Regarding this <1. When I open the listing, I see "Will Ship to Malaysia" under Shipping below the price. 2. Under Shipping and Handling, there is "This item will ship to Malaysia, but the seller has not specified shipping options.>
- you do not need to change anything because when you are listing, set up shipping cost for your product, under Shipping Policy it is a preset. It is part of it. Also, in eBay you not only limit your shipping to US but also can expand you store to Malaysia as well, hence you can leave this
because it is a preset under shipping policy.

- Fyi, item location zip code means seller’s item location/ parcel ship out from where. As I mentioned, you need to add in your Malaysia zip code if it pop out. This pop out is very normal because eBay is very serious in verify seller and that’s why. It is very normal after you added item zip code, the next day it (pop out) will come back again.
- You cannot play around with the zip code because this seriously will violate eBay policy and your account can be suspended! eBay doing this is because they want to track the seller whether they are stable or not.
- No, You cannot change from Malaysia to US by clicking the box.

I would suggest you better give a call to explain as I am getting very confused by your inconsistent answers.
Furthermore, I found the shipping terms confuse the buyer who may not buy from my store.
