Unable to submit order

I tried to submit order for product 18 Pack Organo Gold Garnodema Coffee Black Coffee & 22's Zrii Rise Instant Coffee Amalaki Sachets https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CB69JTX however i received a pop up error. (refer to attach) The system then hang at page https://axisnet.asia/memberv2/sendingshipmentform.php The shipment wasnt saved in SHIPMENT HISTORY but my DAILY SHIPMENT keep increasing.
