send to Philippines

As per our previous conversation, it will be at your own risk to send to PH. PH Customs is different from other countries as their Duty n Tax can cost much higher and covers alot of 'unofficial charges', unless you have runner/ or receiver that can 'negotiate' with the customs, or else it would be high cost and high risk.
