Q3. In order to get Top Rated Plus, you need to become a top rated seller. And you will need to meet few requirements before becoming a Top Rated Seller.

Answer: Ebay do not have keywords ads like Shopee. Ebay only have promo listing. in order to do promo listing, as we mentioned before you need to subscribe to the basic store package first.
