Dear AXIS 1. How to convert my existing buyer to follower? Any promotional thingy and reminder that I can use? 2. Where do I see if there is penalty point for both? 3. I have gotten a message quoted "detected unusual traffic" from Lazada when I browse my website yesterday as per attachment, in which I was not able to login to the homepage. FYI, I have tremendous high traffic for lazada yesterday. Kindly advise Regards SL

i) Item 5 in your attachment referred, it shows "check on store follower" and "the voucher is set to store follower" create bit confusion to me. After reading Item 6, question is only how to send invite visitors or friend to accept the voucher? & how to send via Shopee/ Lazda wechat?

Item 6 in your attachment referred. When the buyer send us an enquiries, we may click on "Ask to follow". However, this applies only when the buyers enquire, what if they only buy without making any enquiries? Then how to request them to follow ya

Item 7 referred, offer gift to current followers. How do I attach the gift or send my gift to AXIS when selling AXIS products?
I suppose the promotional tools in your attachment applies to Shopee in the similar way isn't it ?

Answer: Yes, it is one of the ways to get your buyers to follow you. When you created voucher and it will be display in your store and listing. You can send them the voucher link through webchat. When the customer click on the Voucher Claim that display, customer will automatic as a part of follower.

Answer: As mentioned above, when you created voucher link, it will display in your store and listing. When the customer click on the Voucher Claim that display, customer will automatic as a part of follower.

Answer: You may write a remark when you fill in order details in Axis system regarding to free gift. Then you may send or walk in and provide us the gift before logistics pick pack your order. Axis do not keep your gift in advance
