Dear AXIS 1. Attached herewith 3 Price Simulator with different Payment gateways. Please advise why there is big difference in Net Profits and only Amazon with Worldfirst can have better profits? 2. The price simulator applies to Overseas market such as USA. I doubt the accuracy of cost and price if I sell to Asian countries using the same price? taking an example of Nugano and Organo coffee. Please advise 3. Please advise why the "not eligible pricing" appears on one of my product listing with variations as per attachment. SL

3. Please advise why the "not eligible pricing" appears on one of my product listing with variations as per attachment.
What I meant is why can't we apply volume pricing for the listing with variation where "not eligible volume pricing" shown in the above attachment .

Answer:
Because payment gateway services fee % ( paypal, Worldfirst, Payoneer) is different. Another is conversion rate will be different because different country will have different conversion rate. Hence, the net profit will be different.
Yes, Worldfirst will have better profits because Axis community can enjoy Worldfirst payment gateway fees which is 1%. Other people who is not Axis Community wil not enjoy this Worldfirst fees 1%, slightly higher %.

Answer: Yes, selling price will be the same but we will just playing around with postage. Asia shipping cost will be cheaper than USA. Shipping rate can refer back in Axis system

Answer:
Ebay definitely cannot let you to put volume pricing offer for product listing with variations. This is because you are already having product with variations hence there is not necessary to give volume pricing offer. IF you want to give volume pricing offer, you can apply it on normal listing, not product listing with variations.

I have included Asian countries in my ebay seller destination, but the price simulator is projected for USA and other western countries as in AXIS Google Drive. Hence, is it fair to asian buyer such as Singaporean?

We are aiming an US market along with free shipping to Amazon & eBay as their custom rule is broad compared to Asia custom rule which very restrict. Hence, that’s why shipping fees for Asia country is needed due to different rule & regulations. Of course, you can offer free shipping to Asia country buyers but you need to compare the postage, custom issue and etc to ensure your net profit is profitable.

Is Product listed in USA and Europe fair to Asian buyer, not only the postage issue but also the product costs, for example, Nugano local is priced at RM 42,50 only but we priced almost double in Amazon and eBay.

FYI, Postage wise, we shall not charge Asian buyer according to JS.

As a buyer and when we purchase items via online marketplace , shipping cost will always be one of the charges factor into the selling price, regardless online or traditional brick-n-mortar. Amazon and eBay will definitely optimized based on US and Euro shipping so if buyer is to save shipping cost, they can have the option to buy from local marketplaces or cross-border makretplaces.
