Modified pictures were replaced/ blocked by lazada

Dear AXIS, I have uploaded the Nugano Picture (modified with added words in the picture using canvas) according to the no of boxes during listing. After listing, all photos were automatically changed by lazada as per attachment. Pls advise what is the problem? Lazada do not allow adding words in the picture? Attach: 1. Picture I have modified & uploaded during listing. 2. Pictures was replaced by Lazada after listing which became all standard of 4 boxes SL

Dear Sephine,

It could be possible due to the copyright of CANVA or the picture size that uploaded after editing. Lazada products image size is between 500x500 and 2000x2000 px.

1. May you check is there any error message regarding this “photo were automatically changed by Lazada” receive from Lazada?

2. What’s the file size of Nugano products that you upload after editing?

3. All the products image must be in WHITE background, hence may you show your edited product image for further clarification?
