Buy Direct from AXIS

Dear Kah Yee, 1. Pls advise how to buy direct from AXIS upon buyer request in terms of the shipment choice & cost/ what price including shipment we shall fill in AXIS system? Better prepared myself because I lost one direct buyer due to no response from support one month ago. 2. Intend to buy PhytoScience for my own use. Can I buy 1/2 packs directly from AXIS? Pick up personally or courier by AXIS, as per Q1? TQ SL

Dear Sephine,

If you want to pick up products, you can fill in the details under Single Shipment > eBay. Shipping mode you choose “Pick up/ FBA”. After fill in all the details, Remember to write REMARKS regarding PICK UP parcel.

If you want to get product through courier, you can go normal shipment which is Single Shipment > Lazada/Shopee. Shipping mode you choose “KTMD”.

You can buy PhytoScience directly from Axis, just depend on you whether want to pick up or through courier. Just fill in the amount that you wish to buy.

Just to recap I can buy 1 or 2 pack for my own trial, is it? Just thought of giving a try on Phytoscience since I am selling it, one flavour each.

You have yet to answer on Q1, if buyer intend to buy direct from us, what is the cost/ price shall be filled in AXIS system? because buyer is not buying from Shopee, hence there is no shipping cost to be referred. Pls advise

For my own use and pick up, I will just put the product cost as stated in the price list isn't it?

Answer : Yes you can.

Answer : You can buy product from Axis using Total product Cost. Then when you sell to buyer, you will use Axis Selling Price. But since our Selling Price included Shopee/Lazada payment gateway fees. 2.12%, so if you are not selling to buyer through Shopee/Lazada, you need to recalculate the prize on your own on how much you wanted to sell to buyer.

Q3: For my own use and pick up, I will just put the product cost as stated in the price list isn't it?
Answer: Yes, put product cost as stated in price list.

Shipping cost for customer to buy directly from you? If customer buy direct from you then you can purchase it with total product cost then sell to customer using Selling Price.

Whoever is not Axis member, they cannot buy directly from Axis.

Yes, I have received a request from customer who wanted to purchase direct from me and courier it to her. Where do I get the the product cost + shipping cost and fill in AXIS shipment? Usually we can get the total cost including shiping cost from shopee to fill in AXIS if customer buy thru shopee.

If you still can not get the meaning, feel free to call ya:) it is going to consume lots of tie to text

If customer buy direct from you then you can purchase it with total product cost then sell to customer using Selling Price. You need to give shipping cost to your customer yourself in the case customer buy directly from you because you gonna ship to them directly. Depend on what courier service you use & ship to them.
