Dear AXIS 1. We shall refer to AXIS system>Shipping Rate>USA Rate for product sent to US? There is no specific courier cited there, AXIS will choose whichever courier is cheaper? 2. Attached with other product filled in the price simulator, but the postage & fuel cost isn't showed in the price, could it be the postage +fuel is higher than the product cost? How to get the price simulation for the product then? 3. For whatever product sold with a box such as mask/glove/collagen, do we still choose whichever weight is higher between dimension & actual weight or only pick dimension weight? 4. Just to recap, after decided the weight, then fill in the weight column in the price simulator which then change the profitability isn't it Pls refer to JS for the answer if you are not sure ya. The above Q2 referred, I have diagnosed for the not showed postage because I shall round up the weight.
5. why the postage charge in price simulator is different from AXIS shipping rate in AXIS memberv2 ?

Please help to confirm if my input of other product in the price simulator is correct since I am new to avoid unnecessary mistake and loss.

Answer: Yes, refer to USA rate. System will auto select on courier service which is the most accurate. So you don’t need to choose USA shipment.


Q3. For whatever product sold with a box such as mask/glove/collagen, do we still choose whichever weight is higher between dimension & actual weight or only pick dimension weight?

Answer: For every product, it is advisable to take either dimension or actual weight whichever is higher

Answer: Yes. As usual, need to update the correct Fuel surcharge & conversion rate.

Q5. Why the postage charge in price simulator is different from AXIS shipping rate in AXIS memberv2 ?

Answer: As per conversation, postage in price stimulator and Axis memberv2 is the same. Always remember need to update Fuel surcharge & conversion rate.
