Chat Broadcast for Shopee and Lazada
Dear AXIS 1. How do I send message/ broadcast to buyer since I don't have chat broadcast? write and send one by one is it or any other alternative way? 2. How to attach the voucher in the message via shopee chat since I don't have chat broadcast yet? 3. how do I find customers other than my existing buyer in shopee chat? 4. How do I know who are the buyers have added my products in their cart and send reminder? Thanks SL

Hi Sephene,
As mentioned earlier in our conversation and whatsapp chat on 16th Nov, with guides attached for your references. Not all accounts will entitled the broadcast chat function. Usually Preferred or account more than 90 days and maintain constant level of daily activities will most probably have, again subject to Shopee.
For Lazada, the minimum requirement is at least meet same day chat respond rate. To check if your lazada account is entitled to the function, login to your lazada via windows, click the chat icon and launch the chat windows, you'll see on the left, the 3rd icon 'Customer Engagement' is enabled or not.
If you don't have, then the only way is to manually copy and paste your message and send.
You will not be able to know who followed you in Lazada. However, you'll be notifiedif anyone have added to cart but have yet to make payment. For Shopee, you can generate and see from your report under business insight.

- I didn't get notification from buyer who added my product in the cart which my friend added before. Where do I get the notification?
- For shopee Biz insight, can only see the figure/ data without the buyer details, isn't it? This is what I know since day 1ya

Q1. In another word, Prefered/ Mall account will enjoy more functionality such as the chat broadcast.
in order to enable the Chat Broadcast functionality, you're required to meet the minimum performance metric requirement.
To check, go to Seller Centre > Data (Preferred Seller) (refer to attachment)
Q2: You will get notification from Lazada when buyer purchase product from your shop and have made payment for product.
Q3. For shopee Biz insight, can only see the figure/ data without the buyer details, isn't it? Answer: Yes

If possible, you may want to check with Nic as I rmb he mentioned but didn't say how to attach it
Q2. That is buyer, I am asking can I know who are the follower & customer who added the product in the cart not buyer ya? I have chatting with buyers dy.

1. You may send it to other buyers with your voucher code manually with standard message.
2. At the moment seller are unable to see who added the product in the cart. Seller will get notification from Lazada when buyer purchased & have made payment for product.
