Item Weight sent is different from item weight in PriceList
Hi, I just sent an order (TR135860) today, 15 boxes of Organo Gold Cafe Latte + 20 Face Masks. The item weight in price list is 9kg, but the actual weight from the shipment is 11kg. According to Product Information, each OG Cafe Latte weighing 514g, 15 x 514g = 7.71kg. May I know the reason of the difference of extra 2kg please? Thank you. Regards, Chee Han
