I encountered a scammer on Ebay for my first sale

I received a sale notification for a Best Buy 4 items amounting $1036 on Saturday. How I found out it was a scam is when his "PayPal payment" was not shown in my account. The sale is still in my eBay but I could not do anything about it until 48 hours. I planned to open a unpaid item case. It's frustrating to work for 3 weeks and the first sale is a scam. I hope to receive help from Axis with my ecommerce account since I started, my impressions are ok for Ebay but the click through rate is < 10%. Traffics to Lazada and Shopee are poor.

Try to play around with the voucher, bundle deal promotion, and pricing for Lazada & Shopee. You will need to do some research on the pricing of other sellers is selling then adjust your selling price and play around with it.
