Dear Support, There are 2 same orders repeated on 1 order ID. Kindly assist and check what is the root cause of the double entry issue. Please assist to change the delivery address of repeated order to new order. Hi Johnson,
As checking with IT team, the root causes might due to 2 reasons below:
1. Resubmit Loading Issue - during the submitting time, the action of the refresh page will cause resubmit order issue happened.
2. Internet Connectivity Issue - during the submitting time, internet break down happened and this will Interrupt the submission progress and cause resubmit order issue.
We will advise waiting until the page submits completely, and double-check your shipment in shipment history. If you find that, there's a double order submitted to the system, please contact immediately with Sandy sandy@netbiz.my to cancel the shipment and resubmit your order again.
I hope that our reply has been of assistance to you.
This ticket will be close in 24-48 hours if there is no further update/action from both sides.
