Cell labs payment

Previously i have sold one box of cell labs AST-GLU-C and until now i havent receive the payment from axis. it has been a few months and i would like to know when will i be receiving the money

Do you mean the invoice for axis item that you sold or the buyer payment from lazada that haven't release to you?
For axis payment, you can check your email for the latest invoice ( please check your spam mail too) or you can login into axis system to check your billing info.
For Lazada, payment that have yet to release, you may need to contact or chat with Lazada to find out the delay.

No, as long as i recall cell labs is based on incentive payment right. Lets say the item i sold was set at rm198 and i have to pay rm198 at the 15/31st of every month. But until now axis haven't pay me back for my incentive for selling the Cell labs product. You may check the transaction history of my account on 05/11/2020

So what is the update for this ?

The reimbursement of the incentive is finalising. Your payment is estimated to be available by next week. Please spare us some patience as the earlier process takes longer time. After this, all reimbursement of CellLabs will be by monthly basis.

besides, i want to know is this racket available for us to sell ? Yonex Arcsaber or any yonex brand related.
There is buyer asking me about other option yonex brand or apacs brand avaialble racket.
Besides, buyer even asked is it possible for him to purchase racket string for me as an 'ADD ON'
