90 days program

Good day axis, i would like to know can i start my 90 days program now ? i have not really receive much help from ebay as i haven't even sold anything from ebay. Furthermore, my lazada and shopee acc is going donwtrend. Will axis help me to moderate on telling me how to improve? or give me my 90 days program reinstated?
