Is the RM15 min spend Free Shipping voucher paid by seller or Shopee? attachment. 4. How to become Preferred Seller? 5. Giving this new scenario: Buyer buy 2 products but send to another recipient's address, different from buyer's registered address in shopee. Kindly advise how do I manage the address? Do I need to request buyer to change her shipping address in shoppee for one time? pls advise the steps to avoid loss in mail. 6. Shopee do however allows external links to your product, but not the other 3 marketplace. Amazon and eBay are definitely not allowed as they have tight fair trade rules.

Your buyer shipment airway bill is generated from the information they provided when registration. They will have to change the shipping information to indicate the correct shipment destination. But buyer will not be able to indicate 2 shipping address in single order.


During the campaign, you may not be able to cancel the shop voucher campaign. You may delete the created voucher before any campaign.

If I join Shopee Free shipping program, I will have to pay 4.24% service fees to shopee. I remember Rade told me that it is better invited by shopee for the fsp. How does it work?

3. Shopee Chat - Why shopee chat only come in after 25 mins? the buyer's message sent out at 4.39pm but the chat only prompted me at 5.05pm?
