Dear AXIS As discussed on Monday during my visit to AXIS office, can you shed some lights on how to ship larger size (but not heavy) of product and sometime in bulk? For order less than 10, I can not afford to get vehicle to drop off at shopee preferred center, for couriers to pick up from there. Is there any solution to get courier to pick up from the destination/ factory? Is there any possibility to use shopee preferred logistic and get the courier to pick up from factory for order less than 10 by discussing with the couriers? Alternatively, should I register and use Shopee non preferred logistic? Again, if I use non preferred logistic, shopee won't pay for the free shipping and I can not subscribe shopee fsp, isn't it? least, can I still enjoy discount for the RM40 purchase if use non-preferred logistic? Hi Sephine,

1. For Shopee Supported Logistic, they provided shipping with maximum from 30 kg to 150 kg for different courier companies.
*for listing creation, product dimension and weight need to be precise as the courier companies will separate the parcels to a different number of boxes, especially for heavy product. For example, eg: Total 60 kg of parcels, will be separate to 20 kg respectively in 3 airway bill. Attached with a table as reference.

2. For Shopee Logistic pick-up service mostly required at least 10 parcels to entitled for pick up services, but we will advise you to try on City-Link Express. According to our experience, City-Link Express is more willing to pick up parcels from doorstep regardless of a low volume of parcels. It will have a more flexible pick-up service as compared with other courier companies. If you would like to use Shopee non-preferred courier services, you will need to bear with the shipping cost as according to the final shipping cost.
