Urgent! Warning Message when downgrade the Amazon professional to individual plan
Dear AXIS I have a discussion with Kahmini last Friday and we have no clue why this warning message (attached) pop out when we attempt to downgrade the Amazon professional plan to individual plan. Hence, Kahmini advised me to submit ticketing to support to find out the causes and explanation after waited for too long for the answer from your office as she was WFH. Kahmini cited that she will write to Support team and Kim also. Please get advise from Kim pertaining to this matter. I intend to downgrade first and resume to the professional plan once I am ready as supposed to pay every month. Kindly assist on this matter soonest possible. TQ SL
