i want clarified for this message from you
(Dear Axis, Please be informed that there are 3 complaints/ problematic handlings due to the lack of AXIS's fulfilment services, as below: 1. On 29. 11.2020, Buyer received wrong item, deviated from her order which she has written a review in my product page, screenshot attached. )
as per shipment submit by you we only receive order below :-
Australian Botanical Soap Lemongrass - UNIT (AXS-011481-01) x 1
Australian Botanical Soap Rose - UNIT (AXS-011483-01) x 1
Australian Botanical Soap Lemongrass - UNIT (AXS-011481-01) x 1
and we have process with correct item as per submittion. (you can refer billing list attached)
2) all parcel when we ship out we can sure the item is in good condition, how the courier carry this not belong our control.
