E-bay suspending my seller acc after re-listing Collagen

Hello Axis-Team, E-bay suspended my seller acc after I've relisting Collagen. I'm not sure what can I do at this point of time. Do I go and create another acc? (Since I'm just a beginner seller only). Please kindly advice. Thank you. Best regards, Jin Xian
