Customer bought 2 bottle of Opceden Optikidz Chews and the color is black and very sticky. The original color of the supplement is pink as shown in picture.Customer have request to return the order. Could this order return back to you and delete this billing in my coming invoice.

As per Monday conversation with Rade, below is the minutes:
1. The root cause behind the oxidize is the unsealed silica gel.
2. Action needed (1): We need the buyer to return the spoiled product.
3. Action needed (2): After receiving the return, Axis will replace 1 UNIT Opceden Optikidz Chews with the buyer.

No worry, it is one of the progress which Axis need the supplier to send back a new one and after the confirmation, only Axis will issue the CN with you.
