Previous delivery failed because customer refuse to pay $45.30 brokerage fees and open eBay return case. I had refunded $45.30 to customer, we come to an agreement that customer will receive the parcel. And ebay return case has been closed. I had informed Sandy since 1st March, and do not get any update from UPS tracking yet nor reply from Sandy.
