Urgent ! Lost sales because Competitor has lower shipping fees

Dear AXIS Support Kindly assist on this matter asap as it has been bothering me and impacting me seriously. In what situation that my competitor can charge lower shipping rate than me in selling same type and same size of product as me, within Klang valley address? I have explored many possibility such as charges for different area address, however the courier companies have confirmed that they only charge same rate within Klang valley as we both are in Klang valley. I have also asked Shopee and there is not possible as well. There is only one possibility that I can guess in which the seller may under report the product's dimension. Can Axis shed some lights on this matter and advise solution?
