Add-on Deal: Add on AXIS product to my own listing
Dear AXIS I have created Add-on deal by adding AXIS Insecto as add-on product to my main product (own product). When I received order from buyer, how do I send out my order because the main product is not AXIS's product but the add-on product is AXIS's product? Kindly advise Thanks & Regards, Sephine

Hi Sephine,
Thank you for contacting Axis Support Team.
In this case, you will have to submit an order in our Axis system and select "Pick-Up" then come to Axis office to pick up the item and ship it out yourself.

Hi Sephine,
As per our conversation on WhatsApp, you can just do the submission as per usual on Shipment Service > Single Shipment. But you will need to select eBay or Amazon if you want to do the pick up because in our system, only eBay or Amazon allows for pick up. Then just fill up the details as usual and select Pick Up/FBA as your Shipping Method.
