Dear AXIS, 1. May I know if we can create a broadcast targeting those people who like my product page? as I have quite a numbers of "likes" for one of my product and think how to broadcast buy message to this "Like" group of people ya 2. If I follow these people who like my product page, do they get any auto updates from my store or not? Kindly assist Appreciate your assistance. SL

Thank you for contacting Axis Support Team.
1. Chat Broadcast can target:
- Buyers pending review --- buyers who have purchased an item without leaving a review for the product in last 30 days.
- Users pending purchase --- users with unpaid items in their shopping carts in the last 30 days.
- Recommended followers --- based on followers' past behaviour and shop attributes for a more targeted reach.
- Top 10% buyers --- top 10% buyers that contributed to seller shop GMV (Gross merchandise value).
2. The buyers you follow do not get auto updates from your store.
