Error uploading bulk files in eBay

unable to upload eBay file exchange downloaded from Axis drive successfully even if I have keyed in custom labels for the SKU. please advise

Hi, it's ok, you may close this ticket as I finally managed to figure out what went wrong and had been successfully uploading the bulk files in just this morning. Thanks again.
