tried to upload the bulk upload file but show failure. There could be 3 possible reasons for this:
1. Your PayPal details in the bulk file is not filled up.
2. On your eBay settings, the Business Policies (Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy) does not match the one in the bulk file.
3. You may have outstanding payments on eBay or PayPal that have yet to be cleared.
Could you kindly check the bulk file you uploaded as well as your eBay account for the above possible causes?
