Please send me the guide on how to make my own purchase using member price for own use. I have submitted twice and the back system just delete off my order without any notification. First time error, I called your support via text messaging and did what was told, but also ended up deleted. Order deleted but noone call me to explain why and how to re-submit. As per system input, I have first selected Poslaju, meaning delivery to my door. Then the second time when I called up your support team, I was advised to choose either Shopee or Lazada in which I did.

If you would like to ship it your home, then you can go ahead with submitting an order as usual. Shipment Service > Single Shipment > Shopee OR Lazada.
