Import duty taxes for DHL shipment 2122029000

Referring to invoice number 143998 858 702-4964696-2937806 DHL tracking number 2122029000 Buyer received a message (screenshot attached) regarding import duty/tax. But as I checked at DHL site I could not find any payment to be paid. Is this a duty/tax to be paid by AXIS and my buyer can ignore this message? Please advice

As per our conversation on Whatsapp, the customer can click on the link in the SMS to pay online. However, we suggest to monitor the parcel until it arrives to its destination first as sometimes, DHL will send you an SMS regarding payment for import duty/tax the moment the parcel leaves Malaysia without actually knowing whether Canada immigration and customs will charge import duty/tax fees.
