How to transfer money from WorldFirst to Maybank?

Hi Axis, I have some funds from Amazon in WorldFirst but there is no guide to transfer the funds back to my local Maybank account? I emailed WorldFirst support but they haven't reply. What are the steps to transfer fund?

Thank you for contacting Axis Support Team.

To transfer money from WorldFirst to your bank account, go to Make A Payment instead of Transfer, then fill up the details accordingly. Keep in mind that if you would like to withdraw an amount that is below USD 500 then WorldFirst will charge you USD 10. However, you can accumulate your funds until it's USD 500 or more then withdraw and it'll be free.
