Urgent: Customer raised refund as received wrong item
Why Axis deliver Dettol cleaner to customer order Walch disfect 3L? Dettol product event not in the list of listing. Customer very angry & claim I am scam him as deliver cheaper product. This impact my rating as customer look very angry & customer service did not answer phone.... Axis please compensate this & I will not pay for this item!

Please communicate with your customer and at the mean time, do let them know that we're checking with our logistic team if the parcel is wrongly send.

Also, you can advise customer, if the item is sent wrongly, customer can process to return the wrong item and we send the correct item ya.

1.Shopee customer service mention when re-ship product will not provide WBS means need to bear courier cost.
Axis need to bear this.
Please confirm this.
2. Return item to my address right? Axis need to arrange how to collect this.

For your action to avoid auto refund by shopee system:
1. Please monitor closely on the replacement parcel status, once parcel is delivered to customer,
2. Please advise and guide customer to close case to avoid Auto refund by Shopee system before due date 10/10/2020.
Please have your customer to update his tracking number to you once item is shipped.
