Dear AXIS/ Apple 1. Referring to my ticketing on march 2021, I have been listing my Shopee Ad on daily basis in the morning to skip the unproductive time during mid night taking your advice. However, I faced problem sometime in which the Shopee Ad shows "Ongoing" but it is not live in the search page for the whole day since morning till night like what happened yesterday. I am just guessing is it because Shopee has quota for each day? In other words, my Ad strangled for certain days. kindly advise ya 2. After few round of trials, I realized that Automated option is cheaper than manually selected keywords. Do you mind to shed some lights on it? Thanks and regards SL

Hi Sephine,
For the 1st question, we have contact with Shopee Support, as from their confirmation, "on-going" meaning the ads have been successfully go-live and there's no ads listing limitation for Shopee Ads. We will suggest you to dealing with Shopee support to check on the technical issue.
For the 2nd question, Yes Automated option is cheaper than manually selected keywords, but there are pros and cons:
1. Pros- It does cheaper a lot than manually selected keyword
2. Cons - The keywords for automation is anonymous, we will not going to know what keywords the Shopee system given.
- it is hard to target your specific customer.
