why all my listing not eligible for BUY BOX?

Hi, My amazon registered under professional account and i have been charged for 84USD ++ now. But all my listing are NOT Eligible for BUY BOX. Why? When can i get a buy box? If like this product cannot sell i want to go back to individual so no charges incurred, or can you advice me what to do?

Buy box algorithm is controlled by Amazon automated system and it has been designed based on the factors such as seller performance, category, pricing, seller’s sales volume and availability.

Since it is controlled by Amazon automated system, we don’t have an option to change the buy box eligibility nor able to assign a buy box option to a particular seller.

Please note that Amazon automated system runs the buy box algorithm based on the above criteria even seller account is not new.

Also, if there is only one offer for a product from a Buy Box eligible seller, that offer will still be evaluated and will not automatically win the Buy Box. Offers that do not win the Buy Box are still displayed on the Offer Listing Page.​

What needs to be done to get buy box:

I would like to mention that seller’s sales volume is one of the criteria on the buy box algorithm to be met to win it. This might be a reason why your listing is not eligible for the buy box and you haven’t won it. Hence, I suggest you enhance the sales volume of these listings to become eligible and gain the chances of winning them.

If you would like to downgrade to the individual account, you may follow the step below:
1. log in to your Amazon Seller Central Account.
2. go to Settings -> Account Info.
3. click Manage in the Your Services section of the Account Info page.
4. under the section that says Sell on Amazon, you should see a link that says “Downgrade”.
