i need help to check my this Amazon account, i have requested since March and it's been 4 weeks now i'm still waiting for support. Even got buy box with this existing account which got good rating, still only 2 orders, and many items still show inactive.

From the items in the images you have attached to this ticket, we can see that they are most likely inactive because the category has not been ungated yet. For sanitary pads, it will take quite a while to ungate the category because it requires Certificate of Analysis. We are still in the process of dealing with our suppliers to acquire this Certificate of Analysis so we hope you understand. As for the Revuele products, we will send you documents to ungate Lalisse Lavender Hand Cream and when you have successfully ungated it, you should be able to list Revuele products.

Could you go through your inventory and check what other brands are inactive other than Revuele and The Hive Sanitary Pads?
