Enquiry insert wish note into the parcel

Hi, Axis member, Enquiry customer ask can insert a wish note into the parcel as well ? It’s a Mother’s Day gift so customer wish to insert a message can? Thank you.

Hi Lum,

Axis does not provide any of the gift card services for now, but if your customer would like to insert a wish note, we would suggest you to follow below action:

1. Attach your customer wish note back to this ticket
2. When you submit the order in Axis system, please leave a remark "wish note require: xxxxx"
3. Axis will print out the wish note on A4 paper and attach it together with the parcel and ship out to your customer :)
