Amazon Referral Fee 15% + 7%

Hi, I noticed that there is a 7% deduction in all transactions with Amazon, these include my monthly subscription and all sales. Example, selling price USD100.00. Referral fee 15%, it should be USD15.00. However, this USD15 is not the amount deducted, it is with a 7% topup, 15.00 + 7% = USD16.05. I could not find this 7% anywhere in the price list. Could it be Amazon has changed the price structure? Please refer to attachments of my transactions, total four files. Kindly correct me if I understand the whole thing wrongly. Thank you.
