TR145838-Customer receive incomplete items

Customer bought cashflow 101 but receive incomplete items which he did not get the BIG DEALS Cards. Here is what customer say: "All other items are there except for the 'BIG DEAL' cards. The game is not playable without it. Please provide answers to resolve." Attached picture is the evidence from buyer. As per check from the picture for cashflow 101 it should be 4 stack of cards but customer receive 3 stack only. Please suggest what is the solution .Thank you.

Hi Tang Zhe,

Support will write in an email on behalf of your requirement, we will arrange the product shipment again, and to re-ship/replace only the missing part "BIG DEALS" card to your customer. You may reply to your customer the same.

Before that few things for you to be noted:
1. Please reply back to this ticket regarding your customer details (address, H/P)
2. Axis will ship out the BIG DEALS card only (not the whole new box), but the shipping cost is paid by the reseller, and who need to decide to use either Express or DHL e-commerce (mostly we will suggest using Express)
3. If there's the same issue happen in the future, advise to directly write in an email to: evon@netbiz.my, cc: sandy@netbiz.my and support@axisnet.asia
