Support will write in an email on behalf of your requirement, we will arrange the product shipment again, and to re-ship/replace only the missing part "beginner investment portfolio" card to your customer. You may reply to your customer the same.

Before that few things for you to be noted:
1. Please reply back to this ticket regarding your customer details (address, H/P)
2. Axis will ship out the beginner investment portfolio card only (not the whole new box), but the shipping cost is paid by the reseller, and who need to decide to use either Express or DHL e-commerce (mostly we will suggest using Express)
