items at UPS Access Point® Locker

Item: 24 OG Black Order: 142273 718 UPS: 1Z6E395A0462914063 3rd March: Item sold and shipped. 20th April: Customer open unauthorised transaction case on Paypal. 7th May: Case solved and Paypal sided to customer.  Now the items at UPS Access Point® Locker. How can I send the item to my Amazon FBA for resell. Or is there any other ways.

UPS Access Point® Locker is ready for pick up by the customer for collection, but as from the screenshot you have provided, it seems like the parcel has placed in the locker since 3rd March.

Normally the limitation for locker storage is around 7 - 10 days. Hence, the parcel might has shipped back to the UPS warehouse or being abandoned.

I will advise you to write in an email to our logistic team sandy@netbiz.my and cc: support@axisnet.asia to check on whether this parcel has been abandoned by UPS.
