TR147491- Item leakage

1. Ask if need refund
2. Ask if need replacement

You can report to Shopee Customer Service to investigate about the parcel leakage.

May i know if refund, axis will CN to me?Also if replacement, i need to bare the cost?

For this case, Axis will not issue a refund as the parcel is well wrapped before sent out.
