As per Sandy's email replied, she would like to request the below action from the customer:
1. took a picture outlook of the parcel box

This action purpose is to check that whether the Doublestem cells was under custom investigation before.

The Doublestem cells might lose 1 due to customs investigation purpose, they will open the parcel and took 1 for investigation. Hence the parcel might come apart and stick back with some special sticker.

Please request the photo from the customer before further action required.
