Amazon Flat file bulk upload fail

uploaded multiple time for Amazon Flat file for Organo coffee but failed. Support team has advised to upload 1 product by changing the product name from Organo Gold to OG but still failed. This is the 5th time i tried to upload Amazon flat file Organo coffee & failed.

Hi, the Organo Gold brand name have been registered by the manufacturer in Amazon recently, as a result, seller is not able to put this as brand name.

Alternative, you may engage the Amazon customer service to ungate the "OG" Brand first by going to Amazon seller center>> "Help Center">> Need More help.
Write in request that you want to ungate "OG" Brand". After that, you shall be able to "OG" in the bulk upload file.
