Express Saver Rates and Price List Rare are different
Hi, I noticed that the rates of "Postage without Fuel Surcharge" on Price Lists are different from the rates of "Shipping USA" on the second page. The former are higher than the latter. I verified it with the attachment sent to us by email on 31 August 2020, "New Consolidated USA Rate", which effective from 1 September 2020, it is the same rates as "Shipping USA". The rates of "Postage without Fuel Surcharge" changed after some rates of the products revised on 31 August 2020. The previous price lists were tally with rates of "Shipping USA". May I know which one I should follow? Thank you. Regards, Chee Han
