TR149404-Parcel Damaged seriously
Customer has receive the parcel and the item was seriously damaged. Customer said the item did not put fragile sticker and bubble wrap.(Please see below photos sent by customer.) Since customer bought this item as a gift to other person. She request to reship the box only which is the flavor of lemongrass & Reefresh.So that the box without any damage can use it as a gift to customer's friend. Attached is the photo of our packaging before shipment. It is wrap with bubble wrap, we believe that it is dented during the handling by Shopee Logistic. .
As spoken in whatsapp yesterday, we will find the box for you. Meanwhile u can check if there is any order from this customer or ask customer got any product to purchase or not in your store. If yes do let us know so that we can pack the box and ship out together as a same shipment.
If customer do not have any order, then u submit shipment using Pos Laju, we will ship the box to your customer.
Meanwhile, you may offer voucher / free gift for customer in return.
