Cashflow 202 CD Issue

Customer receive CDs in cashflow 202 but it does not work at all .Below are the message from buyer. Customer is requesting for the link so that he or she able to listen to the audio. As per conversation with rade, i write in ticket so that axis support team can send the audio link in here. Thank you.
