Buyer request return for Yonex Badminton Racket due to unstrung

Hi Axis Team, Could you advice the step how to handle it when buyer request to return which is he expect to pre-strung badminton racket? In my listing description do not mention it with string. In this case, can we refuse to return? Or in ebay policy can't refuse to reject? Hi Sing See,

As there is a return policy in your listing, so you are unable to refuse the return when a customer request for return.

As per whatsapp conversation on 25 June, there are few suggestion:

1) As per your suggestion above - This is strongly recommended if customer agree, as less hassle for your side.

2) If customer do not agree with first suggestion: Then suggest to customer if got any frenz or relative want to buy.

3) If customer do not agree with 2nd suggestion: Then u resell it in ebay as used item (since the product already open. (Create new listing in ebay for this used product, if got sales, this product will be ship from your customer to new customer)

4) If all above not agree, then send it to Amazon warehouse.

Therefore, do contact your customer and see which suggestion they agree with.
