Unable to link Credit Card in Step 3 in eBay Managed Payments 2.0

I was unable to link Credit Card in Step 3 in eBay Managed Payments 2.0 , I had contacted both eBay Malaysia and Account Manager Casper Lim, both of them couldn't provide help. May I know did members in Axis facing the similar problem? And is there any solution? As eBay suggested, I tried several times, clear cache and cookies, use different browsers and with 2 different Visa credit cards. Still couldn't get through step 3. Both my cards are opt in for international purchase long time ago and 1 of it use as Amazon Us selling fees. There shouldn't be any problem with my cards.

Hi,

There are members who face this issue as well, but very rare. The possible reason for this is transaction limit / credit card limit.
Below are the few options u can go for:

Option 1:
U can try with Bigpay if you have it

Option 2:
Can use the same credit card that u used before in ebay

Option 3:
Use debit card for this round. Once the process successful, change back to credit card.

Option 4:
Check the exisiting credit card selling limit, if OK, double check with bank on the cross border transaction status. weather it is enable or not.

TQ
