Policy violation - Trademark Infrigement (Organo & Aideas Home)

I have few product (organo and aideas home) facing violation policy -trademark infrigement. Is it possible I go for appeal for this trademark infrigement? For Organo brand, can I go for appeal and document to support? For Aideas Home brand, I think I have no delisted product immediately when received Axis announcement. Any action can I take?

for the existing OG listing:

1) Those OG listing with no sales : Remove all the listing
2) Those OG listing that parked under existing listing : Also remove
3) Those OG listing with sales or FBA listing - Can start do some promotion to quickly sell out the OG

Then create a new listing for OG.

FYI, this is happen by batch, but dont worry. need the following info for us to assit u better

1) Meanwhile, appreaciate your help if you can click on the Amazon link (appeal) and share us the screenshot of the document / info required to appeal.
This will help us to assist u better.

For Aideas, just remove all the listing will do.
