Hi Bryan, I'm supposed to get a CN rebate for Cellabs order but the latest invoice issued by Axis Network did not include any CN rebate. Kindly issue CN rebate in order for me to arrange the payment. How long should I wait to get the CN rebate? Thank you. -Yoelyn-

Thank you for your message and sorry for our late reply.

For the Celllabs rebate, usually it will takes a month for the payment process. Anyway, we are expediting the process on Celllabs.

There is no CN to be issued as we will transfer the amount direct to your bank account, therefore we would like to request your bank details (full name, bank, bank account number) and email to : accounts@axisnet.asia and we will process the payment immediately.
