Invoice 153423 Shopee order : 21072720TMBJ9J Zenxinn Noodle Carrot. Customer found that 1 pack of the noodle ( Carrot ) was open, they suspected was bitten by mouse, and we still delivered out . Not satisfied. Enclosed photo from Buyer. Please check , and reply ASAP for the solution.

Refer to our whatsapp conversation this morning, below is the summary:

a) Your customer had clicked "Received order", thus they not able to file a return case in Shopee.
b) You may ask your customer to send over the product to us and we can replace the product. However, considering the shipping fees (return and resend) is higher than the product cost, u may offer the refund for 1 pack of noodle thro shopee pay to your customer , as apology to them. AS this is the most fastest way and cost efficient way for u. At the same time can give customer confidence on your service.
